Join us on an unforgettable journey through the lush jungles of Sri Lanka, where you’ll have the chance to capture stunning images of the Sri Lankan leopards and other exotic wildlife on this thrilling 14 day wildlife photography adventure .
We travel through the wilderness of three of Sri Lanka’s most designated National Parks – Wilpattu, Kumana and Yala National Parks in search of the “Lord Of The Jungle” – The mighty Sri Lankan Leopard – (Panthera Pardus Kotiya).
While our main focus will be on photographing the elusive Kotiya, we’ll also have the opportunity to encounter a diverse array of creatures, including Deer, Buffalo, Wild Boar, Mongoose, Jackals, and an abundance of vibrant Bird species. With luck on our side, we might even catch a glimpse of Sloth Bear.
This itinerary has been meticulously planned with the help of my good friend and our local experienced guide for the tour – Chandika.
Chandika knows all three parks very well and has an excellent knowledge of Sri Lanka fauna, he has photographed Leopards and Jackals in these parks for many years.
I will be your wildlife photography guide, we will also have local trackers with us, so there will be plenty of eyes looking out for our elusive “Kotiya” friend.
Our adventure will take us off the beaten path to enable you witness wildlife in their natural habitat.
Our small group size, limited to a maximum of four guests, ensures personalized attention and flexibility throughout the tour. This allows us to adapt our plans effortlessly, dedicating ample time to each location and maximizing our chances of capturing extraordinary moments.
Don’t miss out on this unparalleled 14 day adventure for the wildlife photograper seeking an immersive wildlife experience in the heart of Sri Lanka’s wilderness.
